Hi, I'm Sam and business psychologist and coach. From my passion of coaching, Emotional Intelligence (EI), and helping others to be the best version of themselves, I created The EI Room. I did this so that anyone who leads, or who has leadership aspirations, have an optimal environment where they can develop their Emotionally Intelligent approach to leadership in support of bigger impact and better results.
EI is without question one of the most important skills for the modern day leader to have mastery over. Those with higher EI skills, have more fulfilled teams, they experience lower personal stress, and get better outcomes too.
